I am one of the luckiest people alive. I have always been deeply interested in both relationships and the scale of things. And through Crossvergence I get to indulge in both as we help our customers and partners make and implement decisions that help grow and protect their business I enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes from being part of a team where we fix problems for our clients every single day.
As an ENTJ and experienced mom to teens, I've got the personality and skills that play well to my role. I manage all client orders, am proud of my prompt and thorough communication, handle the life-cycle management of services, and provide expert assistance and advising on all telecom matters (even those that we didn't install).
I'm a multi-decade veteran of the internet infrastructure, data center, and technology industries. I help new clients find technology solutions that improve business processes. I enjoy teaching people how to do things and watching them put to use what they are learning. I love a good team and I believe anything is possible when we work collaboratively and ignore artificial boundaries.
We value living in Austin; we raise our families here and are invested in our community. Austin is home. We have worked in the telecom and information technology (IT) space for the better part of 2 decades and knew we wanted to create something that would leverage what we have learned over the years.
